Gremlins didn’t typically suffer from insomnia but, today, insomnia was what one gremlin in particular was experiencing. The office seemed to be stocked with people with odd skin conditions, but after checking in, the short green man had handed her a key and a room number, 408. River had handwavily found a present for Blair that she hadn't been able to resist buying. Giving presents made her nervous though, so she left it hanging in a plastic bag on the door handle to his room, nicely wrapped in tin foil and with a card attatched. There was a drawing of Berthold on the card.

Parker headed for Isabel's room first, since she knew she was home. First Aid kit over her shoulder, knife in her boot, and yeah, the keys to the gun range lock-up in hand.

Time to go rescue Jack. Isabel, then Sam, then Cedric, right after.

Wow, this was not going to be fun to explain.

After detention let out at 4, Empress Moonchild CJ headed back to her room. She reeeaaaalllllly hoped that the kids wouldn't come looking for her. That book did weird things to people...it always had.
